New Mega Zygarde TCG expansion pack announced for Japan

The official Japanese Pokémon TCG website has been updated with the announcement of a new expansion pack, titled ムニキスゼロ (Nihil Zero).

The pack features the debut of Mega Zygarde in the TCG and will release on January 23rd in Japan.

The title of the new expansion is indeed a reference to Mega Zygarde’s signature move Nihil Light (無に帰す光 in Japanese), which is also featured on Mega Zygarde’s card. The move will allow you to flip a coin for each of the opponent’s Pokémon and will inflict 150 damage to those for which you flip heads.

At the moment, one more Mega Pokémon has been announced to be featured alongside Mega Zygarde, Mega Gallade. However, we expect more to be disclosed in the coming weeks.
