Season 5 of Ranked Battles announced for Legends Z-A

Season 5 of Ranked Battles in Pokémon Legends Z-A has been announced for January 8th to January 29th.

For the first time in Pokémon Legends Z-A, players who reach Rank S will receive Sceptilite to mega evolve their Sceptile! Please note that Sceptile can only be found in the Mega Dimension DLC.

Like the previous seasons, trainers who go up the ranks this season will be able to obtain all the previously released mega stones: Greninjite at Rank Y, Delphoxite at Rank X, Chestnaughtite at Rank W and Baxcalibrite at Rank V. Sportballs will also become available from Rank M onwards.

The list of Pokémon that can be used in battles has been extended to include all mythicals and legendaries from the DLC, excluding Kyogre, Groudon and Rayquaza. All legendaries available in the base game are also banned (Xerneas, Yveltal, Zygarde, Mewtwo and Diance).
